We are a lower-class family that moved from Alabama to Great Neck. We had read on this board about the school having a lot of issues, and as a parent I was concerned. To be honest, the school has impressed all of us in a way that surpassed any of our expectations. Our special-needs kid is educated in separate classrooms and excelling more than his previous school ever gave him! He has a few friends in his class but his mainstream peers reject him because he is in separate classrooms. But whatever, I am still proud of the progress he has made.

After comparing a lot of schools in my neighborhood finally decided on Countyside. My daughter started the school about 2 months ago. So far I am very happy with the school. She comes home very enthusiastic and sings songs she learnt at school. There is new administrator and the teacher is very nurturing. Would definitely recommend this school Liked: Disliked:
