I think it a great school my child has been in this school for three years. Teachers are great and the staff don't judge a book by it cover it all on the child. If he respect will get respect and so on. I first I was scare but thank to god everything turn out right for my child

This school is beyond amazing from academics to behavior to the teachers and students. You are treated and loved like family there you dont just graduate with a diplomia but also a family that will forever be with you. They are 100% devoted to their students eventhough at times their methods differ from others they always have the students interest at heart. Great school love it

It's a great school academic wise. They have activity for the second garde and up it's a clean school.Teachers are gret staff too

This school reminds me of when I was in elementary. Filled with enthusiastic teachers/staff ,welling and able to give students and parents 150% of themselves to insure the progress of the kids. So rare in brooklyn. PS 172 is the true jem of our community.

This is a great school. I am currently a senior in Sunset Park Prep and the 3 years I have spent in Prep have been nothing but wonderful. Teachers are very helpful and down to earth teachers who love to teach. The Principal and assistant principal are great and very encouraging to students and teachers. This school is extremely safe and has a great environment.

I love the school environment at this school. The small learning communties allow for strong bonds between students and teachers. Inquiry based instruction is at the heart of teaching andconcepts aremade relevant to students' lives. The principal is a strong leader who invests much time and effort to student success. The same can be said about the whole staff. Teachers are invited to be a part of major school decisions, allowing for the best possible education for children. Teachers at this school deservemuch thanks for all their hard work and dedication! The teachers here all highly knowledgeable in their content area as well as enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with students of all skills and abilities. It is an honor to be a part of such a great school community where everyone shares a common goal.

My daughter is a 6th grader at Brooklyn Prospect and has had a fantastic education thus far. The teachers are incredible and the administration both organized and very accessible. We feel very fortunate to have found a school that is rigorous, engaging, supportive, and diverse.
